NaruSaku Presents: Memories 3

Chapter 3: Captured Moments

→As the story progresses, more and more memories are made, and the bond between these two children grows along with the path they take.

Naruto: Hey, hey Sakura…
Sakura: Yea
Naruto: Can I ask you something….
Sakura: Sure
Naruto: Ummmm…….well….
Sakura: What's wrong….
Naruto: Well……
Sakura: Yea (She says enthusiastically)…….
Naruto: Well…um…why do you have to put flowers in my hair??? (He says in a soft, sort of happy voice, as if to prevent from hurting Sakuras feelings)

Sakura: Well….You see…(a cute smile forms in her face as she stares at Narutos shiny blonde hair enveloped by colorful flowers, bringing out his bright blue eyes)…..i just wanted to see how cute you look with a flower tiara.
Naruto: *blushes* Ooh…well, I guess that's okay… (He says in an embarrassed soft tone)
Sakura: *smiles*

…*click* *Flash*…

Naruto: Hugh….what was that!!!!!!!!!
Sakura: Well you see…….

-Flashback-

(Sakuras Morning)

Sakura: I'm leaving now!!!!

The Mother: Already!!! You sure have been going out a lot lately (The Mother said enthusiastically). And may I ask who you're going out with today? (The mother asked as if not to know) Is it that young boy you met a week ago? (The mother smiled as the thought of her little girl having a boyfriend came to mind)

Sakura: Yea!! I'm going out with Na…(She paused as she remembered that mentioning Narutos name to her parents might cause them trouble, and so she continued with excitement)…I mean, my friend and I are going to explore some more today like usual.  

The Mother: Ooh I see (she smiled at seeing her daughter happier than she had ever been). Alright then, you can go out and play, but before that…here.

Sakura: Wooow (She smiles as her mom gives her a brand new camera that was pink and had a beautiful design in the front of a sakura tree branch filled with cherry blossoms). Thanks Mom!!!!!!!!! (Sakura hugs her mother and her mom gives her a kiss in the cheek)

The Mother: This camera is a present form your father and me, it is so you can take pictures of you and your friend, and of every adventure you both go on. Inside this camera will be all the treasured memories you and your friend will make along the path you have chosen to take. And remember…..

-Returning to the present-

Thoughts: No matter how much time passes Naruto will always remain the most important person in my life.

Naruto: So your mom bought you that camera. That was real nice of them ya know.
Sakura: Yea (Sakura smiled and thought about how much her parents cared about her). Hey Naruto what was that you just said? (She smile as she asked him)

Naruto: Ummm…..about your parents being all nice and all….
Sakura: No…something you said at the end of that.....Ooh..Yea, you said ya know!!!
Naruto: Hugh…(he wondered what was so weird about him saying that)….*smiles* ooo I see    Sakura, you're just trying to change the subject on me

Sakura: Hugh*smiles*…..I'm trying to change the subject on what!!!??!
Naruto: On you taking a picture of me with this flower tiara on (he says embarrassed)
Sakura: Well…I'm supposed to keep my precious memories safe with this camera right!!! So I looked at how cute you are with the tiara on and I decided that I wanted to keep that as one of my memories!!! And…. so I can show it to others when we grow up (She said giggling at the thought of embarrassing Naruto when they were older)  

Naruto: *blushes* Eeeehh….that's mean ya know!!!
*smiles*
Sakura: *laughs* You said it again!!!!
Naruto: *blushes* No I didn't ya know!!!!
Both: *giggle & laugh*

They looked at the field of flowers surrounding them, and as they thought about how beautiful their special place was, they realized that being with each other made them happy.

Naruto: Hey Sakura…
Sakura: (turns to see Naruto and stares at his deep blue eyes) What is it Naruto??
Naruto: (staring out into the sky and at the colorful flowers below it) Th….Thank you.
Sakura: *blushes* Uumm…why are you thanking me all of a sudden??
Naruto: (Turns to see Sakura and stares at her sparkling green eyes looking at him) Well you see…if it wasn't for you Sakura, id still be lost in the sadness and sorrow my heart carries…

Sakura: (sits down next to Naruto and hugs him) *blushing* your welcome…..ya know *giggles softly*
Naruto: (Hugs Sakura and leans on her shiny pink hair that has a fragrance similar to the flowers) *blushing* (he whispers in Sakuras ear) and what's the hug for….

Sakura: *smiles & blushes* It's a way of reminding you that your no longer alone…so you don't need to keep those feelings of sadness and sorrow inside you anymore. (She leans on Narutos silky blonde hair and softly whispers in his ear) *blushing* I promise to make all that pain inside you disappear, and instead fill the gap left behind with happiness and love. I promise to be by your side forever Naruto, because your my most important person.

Naruto: *blushing* I promise ill never let go of your hand Sakura. I promise to walk by you and make you smile every day. I promise to keep walking down the path we have chosen, through the beautiful Cherry Trees

Both: I promise I won't Forget……I won't forget……about Us


And so a promise of a lifetime has been made between Sakura and Naruto, and the feelings they have towards each other grows and spreads towards the light at the end of the cherry blossom path, towards their special place.
